We created Pulse of Wellness because we believe every woman deserves to feel powerful, informed, and supported during menopause — not confused, dismissed, or alone.

Our Mission

Menopause affects half the world's population, yet for too long it's been surrounded by silence, shame, and misinformation. We're changing that. Our digital guides are designed to give women aged 35–50 the practical, science-backed tools they need to navigate perimenopause and menopause with clarity and confidence.
